To enjoy Dinham Weir House at its absolute best, why not hire our on-site Chef Team, Evatt & Bullock Co. Due to their popularity with our guests over the last couple of years, the professional kitchen is now based in our newly converted garage.

So now, when you stay at the magical Dinham Weir House, you have the privilege of the talented Chef Team onsite. You can enjoy his delicious food ranging from a one-pot welcome supper to the full luxury private dining experience with the incredible team. Not only are they remarkable chefs delivering an exquisite dining experience, what makes them even more special, is their friendly and reliable nature. They work hard to support local suppliers and producers, making this a fulfilling venture for all. Evatt & Bullock Co. are already down for multiple celebrations with us this year, and there will be plenty more to come.

My much travelled 5 brothers and I and our partners have lots of experience to compare in saying that the meal was superb and of the of the highest order. All new for 2025 - an exciting new concept for Ludlow’s dining scene - welcome to the Evatt Bullock x Dinham Weir House Supper Club.

Our collaboration with Evatt Bullock Co is now set to bring you a monthly supper, to champion the seasons, showcase their amazing suppliers & have the chance to experience the magic of the house. Chef Harry Bullock and team will serve a surprise 5 course menu, with a paired wine flight & the option of booking one our beautiful ensuite rooms with a river view.

Expect to enjoy local, seasonal cookery, natural wines, relaxed & warm service. Gorgeous dining room & luxurious suites.
