About the house

Dinham Weir House has been renovated by the owners and their team at Godrich Interiors to create an exclusive venue for special celebrations, family gatherings or just a lovely break away with friends.

The former chefs' stainless steel kitchen has been retained, the long room adjoining the kitchen features a new bar area, a dining table to seat 14 and soft seating at the far end overlooking the river. 

The Den is a great place for kids to relax or watch films in deep seated sofas. Sleeping 12 + 2 in total, the main house has 5 en-suite bedrooms and there is an additional en-suite bedroom in The Mill House above Evatt & Bullock Co’s small professional kitchen. All en-suite bedrooms have their own sitting rooms and all have views over the river. The space here is perfect for socialising but the bedrooms are big enough to take time out when you need it. The Rooms

  • Hotel room with a large bed, outdoor balcony with chairs and lush green trees, and interior decor including framed artwork and wooden furniture.

    Master Suite

    This is an exceptional master suite. A super king bed awaits with its own balcony overlooking river.  You have your own dressing room, shower room with rain shower, as well as a sitting room with sofa and TV, tea & coffee making facilities. Can also be set up as a twin.

  • A neatly made bed with white bedding and pillows, a yellow blanket at the foot, in a room with a abstract painting above, wall lamps on either side, and a window showing greenery outside.

    Bedroom 2

    A lovely spacious suite overlooking the garden and river. A king size bed with TV and shower room with pool bath. Enjoy your own private sitting room with sofa and TV, kitchenette with sink, fridge, kettle. Can also be set up as a twin.

  • A neatly made bed with white linens and a beige blanket, located in a cozy, sunlit bedroom with three framed pictures on the wall, a small wooden side table with a tea cup and books, and a window with sunlight and a vase with flowers.

    Bedroom 3

    A lovely spacious suite overlooking the garden and river. A king size bed with TV and shower room with pool bath. Enjoy your own private sitting room with 2 lounge chairs and TV, kitchenette with sink, fridge, kettle. Can also be set up as a twin.

  • A cozy hotel bedroom with a bed in the center, decorated with white pillows and a brown blanket. Above the bed are three framed pictures. There are two small black bedside tables with lamps on each side. The room has green walls and a wooden ceiling with a ceiling light fixture. A dark rug is on the floor in front of the bed, and there are windows with curtains on either side.

    Bedroom 4

    A beautiful open plan room with king size bed and sitting room, TV, two bathrooms- one with bath and the other with large power shower, kettle. Can also be set up as a twin.

  • Cozy bedroom with a bed decorated with floral pillows, two folded towels, small bedside lamps, framed artwork on the wall, a window with patterned curtains, and an angled ceiling.

    Bedroom 5

    A gorgeous cosy bedroom with King bed, a delightful high river view, a lovely little seating area, bathroom with bath and shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Can also be set up as a twin.

  • A cozy bedroom with a large window showing greenery outside, a bed with neatly folded towels, a wooden chair, and a small dresser with a lamp inside a rustic house.

    Bedroom 6 - The Mill House

    An outstanding suite in its own separate building. This 1st floor room has exceptional private views over the river you can enjoy from your super king bed. Lounge chairs by french windows, Smart TV,  bathroom with large bath and separate shower, kettle. Can also be set up as a twin.

The Courtyard Garden

The courtyard garden has two outdoor dining tables situated together that seat 12 in total, a soft seating area on a terrace overlooking the river and a separate seating area under the beautiful pergola.  There is also a gas bbq in a great position close to the kitchen for convenient cooking and the fire pit for you to enjoy.   A wonderful space to soak in the views and sounds of the river.
